chevron_rightWhat is required if I want to install a security camera on my condominium? To add a security camera, you will need to submit an Architectural Change Request Form (ARC Request) to the Association's Property Manager (John Candelora - jcandelora@thinkpma.com) for the HOA Board of Directors consideration.1. Cameras are not allowed to be placed on any siding.2. Cameras are not allowed to be pointed directly at other neighbor's rooms or doors.Virginia prohibits video recordings of people who are partially or fully unclothed without their consent. So, video cameras should never be mounted in a place where people are expected to be fully or partially undressed or where they would have a reasonable expectation of privacy. No cameras on the exterior of your house shall be pointed directly into the rooms or doors of a neighbor’s home. It does not matter if the camera is readily apparent or that there are signs indicating the use of such video recording. There are criminal penalties for recording in such areas pursuant to Virginia Code §18.2-386.1

Holiday Schedule: Unless otherwise noted, service that falls on the following holidays, listed below, will be completed the following day (i.e., Tuesday). In the event that a holiday falls on a regularly closed business day (i.e., Saturday or Sunday), service for that week will continue as normal.- New Year's Day (January 1st)- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May. Trash Collection will be completed on Tuesday)- Independence Day (July 4th)- Labor Day (1st Monday in September. Trash Collection will be completed on Tuesday)- Christmas (December 25th)Supplied trash cans may not be put on the curb earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day prior to pick-up and must be removed from curb no later than 10:00 p.m. on the day of pick-up. -
