Community Street-Asphalt Paving & Speed Bump Replacement Project
(New)
May 1, 2026
Dear Cromwell Park at Salem Residents,
We have another update on the Street-Asphalt Paving Project.
Today’s Progress:
- Paving has been completed throughout the entire community. Do not “PARK” vehicles on the freshly paved section on Catworth Drive until AFTER 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 2nd.
- All 14 Speed Bumps have been installed. They currently have temporary white markings on them until they get fully painted (White) on Sunday; please drive with caution throughout the community ... especially when it is dark outside. As a reminder, the Speed Limit is 10 MPH throughout the entire community.
The Clubhouse/Pool Parking areas will be CLOSED until these areas have been striped for parking spaces; these areas may possibly reopen on Monday. Do NOT park in (or block) these areas. Do NOT remove, temporarily move, relocate, or drive through the barricades (i.e., Traffic Cones and Caution Tape); they will be removed by an Association Board Member when these areas are determined to be ready for parking vehicles.
The Cromwell Park at Salem Rules and Regulations regarding Overnight On-Street Parking (i.e., No vehicles may be parked on any street between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.) will be enforced after 11:59 PM on Monday (May 4, 2026). Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
Thank you all so much for your patience and flexibility throughout this project.
